About The Blackwatch

The Blackwatch has been York House School’s independent student newspaper since the 1980s. Named after the iconic pattern on our uniform, it’s long served as a platform for student voice. Publishing all year round, The Blackwatch covers topics relevant to students and staff from global news to local stories and student life.
