Hey, Yorkies!

Spring has arrived and so has the second issue of the 2021-2022 volume of the Blackwatch here at YHS! With topics from influencer culture and fast fashion to the Olympics, this issue is brimming with spring-toned pastel colors along with a variety of riveting articles written by our student journalists.

We are incredibly proud of the hard work that every journalist and core team member has put towards making this issue, as well as our amazing sponsor teacher, Dr. Lesk.

This year, we wanted to make sure that the Blackwatch was an accessible and meaningful platform for student expression, and we hope that we are accomplishing that goal thus far. Please do not hesitate to share your thoughts, ideas, and suggestions with us, as your feedback is incredibly important.
