Need Help Staying Organized?

We have a tidying tip for you! When organizing your room, store by material. For example, all paper should be together, all cloth together, etc. This way it will be easier to find your belongings.

Need A Writing Tip?

Want to find a way to make your story more interesting and/or create a tension? Secrets. Secrets can create three types of tension.

  1. Interpersonal tension between at the very least, two characters.

  2. Tension between the story and the reader (if the reader does not know the secret either)

  3. Plot tension because the reader is wondering how and when the secret with be communicated

Having Trouble Creating A Balance Between Work And Free Time?

Make a to-do list for the day, so it is easier to prioritize the upcoming deadlines. Alternate between doing homework and things of the such by setting a fixed amount of time to concentrate on work, then reward yourself by taking a break for 5-10 minutes.

Need A Baking Tip?

We have two of them for you!

  1. Although it may seem superfluous and annoying, sifting flour really helps remove the large lumps of flour. We encourage you to do so if the recipe calls for it.

  2. Use fresh leavening agents such as yeast, baking soda, and baking powder.

Can't Motivate Yourself To Exercise?

Living in a world largely dominated by technological connection, we've all had that moment when Netflix and potato chips seem so much more appealing than exercising and becoming sweaty. However, exercise has been proven to improve a person's mood and sleep, thus stressing the importance of exercise in our daily lives. Here are some tips to help combat your "exercise block":

Exercise for a few minutes each day.

Exercise often seems like a big responsibility, and many of us can't find two hours to spare on running around when our lives are already so busy. Instead of sporadically exercising for a long time once in a while, try to be active for a few minutes each day.

Find a sport you enjoy.

No matter what anyone says, running is not necessarily for anyone, although it is far more convenient than some other sports. Try finding a sport you enjoy, and that way, exercise will feel less like a chore to cross off your to-do list :)
