Mouthwatering Mango Mousse

Ingredients:

(6 Servings)

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 ½ cups mango puree

¼ cup of sweetened condensed milk

Optional: A slice of mango / a sprig of mint / whipped cream

Procedure:

  1. Beat the whipping cream in a bowl (glass or metal) until stiff
    peaks form.

  2. Fold the mango purée into the whipped cream.

  3. Stir condensed milk into the mixture to make the mousse.

  4. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses. Chill until set (approx. 3 hours).

  5. Garnish as you like—a slice of mango, a sprig of mint, whipped cream, etc.
